| Dr. (Mrs.) Amarjeet
Kaur Malhotra is a graduate, post-graduate
and doctorate in commerce from M.D. University,
Rohtak. She holds a 13+ Years of valuable
experience in the Education and Food Industry
with determined objective to sharpen her understanding
for accounting and financial dynamics. Her
long-term professional objective is to regularly
nurture herself to enable to handle rapidly
increasing responsibilities in the field of
teaching.

She is very passionate for her area of specialization
viz. accounting and has authoured five books in this
very area. She has presented six papers at various
national and international platforms and attended
about 25 numbers of conferences and seminars. Some
of her papers have been published in national journals
of repute.
Dr. Malhotra is presently working as Assistant professor
(Finance) in the School of Management at AIT. Prior
to joining AIT, she worked with Maharaja Surajmal
Institute, New Delhi (an affiliate of GGSIP University)
as Reader in the Department of Business Administration
and was Programme Coordinator for BBA (Banking and
Insurance) and was also Convener for Examination.
There, she has been involved in publication work as
Editor to ‘MSI-News’ and ‘MSI Creation’ apart from
regular teaching in the field of accounting and finance.
She has also worked with a few other Management Institutes
like New Delhi Institute of Management (NDIM) as Assistant
Professor (Finance) and University College of MDU
as Lecturer. At NDIM, she has been Programme Coordinator
for PGDBM course of All India Management Association
and taught subjects like Financial Accounting, Management
Accounting, Cost Accounting, Management Control Systems,
Accounting for Managers etc. to MBA, PGDM and BBA
students.
Dr. Malhotra also possesses industry experience as
consultant (Finance) and has been successfully involved
in many national and international consultancy projects
like:
- Preparation of Techno-Economic-Feasibility Report
for HAFED, Kenya Miller of Nairobi, Kenya, RajRani
Exports Ltd., Murthal, and PSWC.
- Projection of Viability of Installing a new unit
at Baghdad for Al Mohiadib Group.
- Preparation of Comparative Statements/Reports
for Laxmi Overseas and RajRani Exports.
- Cost Analysis of various proposals for K.L. Duggar
Group of Nepal.
Dr. Malhotra is a self-motivated and strong-willed
person having passion for driving and nature. |
