Ms. Urvashi passed her Master degree in Computer Applications from Banasthali Vidyapeeth, Rajasthan, securing a first division. During her training in CMC (R&D), Hyderabad, she participated in development of multimedia software for ministry of agriculture, Hyderabad. In her college life she was active participant of NCC and has done many trekking in it.

Before joining A.I.T, she has worked as lecturer in Computer Science with New Delhi Institute of Information Technology for a period of one year. Apart from teaching she was coordinating student activities.

She has also worked as lecturer in Computer Science with Priyadarshini College of Computer Science and Engineering for three years. Apart from teaching she has also guided summer projects of third and fourth year students of engineering.

During her visit to Japan, she has worked as a back end programmer for three months with a multi national company for modifying ERP modules.
