Dr. Sunita Tanwar has completed her Ph.D. from MLS University, Udaipur (Rajasthan) on the topic “A study of change process and its impact on organizational effectiveness in selected units of Southern Rajasthan.” She is MBA in Human Resource Management and Marketing Management from JRN Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University, Udaipur (Rajasthan). Dr. Tanwar has also qualified the UGC NET Examination.

Prior to joining Ansal Institute of Technology, Dr. Tanwar was working in IHRM, JRN Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University at a senior faculty position. There she has also worked as Examiner and paper setter. During her 7 years of teaching experience Dr. Tanwar has attended a large number of seminars and conferences of national and international levels and presented more than 15 papers. She has also attended FDP’s & workshops organized by ICFAI National College. Three of her Empirical study based research papers are under publication in the journals of national and international repute.

Dr Tanwar has worked as academic guide to ICFAI Correspondence Courses, Sikkim Manipal University Courses and Kota Open University.

Dr. Tanwar has provided guidance to a number of Major research projects of Management students along with routine research work. The areas of her interest are OB, Research Methodology, Human Resource Management and Marketing Management.
