Rakesh Kumar Sharma completed his Master’s degree in Commerce & Master’ of Philosophy from Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla. He has also done his Master Diploma in Business Administration with finance specialization (equivalent to MBA) from SIMS Pune, Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting & Taxation and Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Labor Welfare from Himachal Pradesh University Shimla.

At Present, he is pursuing Ph.D from Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla. He has attended various phases of faculty development programmes as organized by Himachal Pradesh University and Amity Business School. Moreover, He has also participated in management development programmes as trainer in Amity and at J.K. Sugar Mill Meerganj (U.P.). During 2003-04, he had also participated in the teaching and research projects as organized by University Grant Commission in GGDSD College, Rajpur (Palampur).

Rakesh Kumar Sharma has over 5 years of teaching experience in professional institutes ( Amity Business School, Rai University and Invertis Institute of Management Studies) as Lecturer in Management. Prior to joining Ansal Institute, he has worked as Lecturer in Management in Amity Business School, Manesar (Gurgaon). During his stay in Rai University, he had also made valuable contribution in different activities other than teaching, i.e., research, academic & administrative activities and he has also acted as Academic Co-ordinator.

At Ansal Institute, Mr.Rakesh is teaching subjects like Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Management Accounting, Financial Management, Income Tax Law etc. beside few other management subjects.
