| Mr. R. K. Yadav
has completed his M. Phil. (Management), Masters
in Personnel Management (MPM) from University
of Pune, MA in English from Karnatak University,
Dharwad and LLB from Central University, Cachar.
He was topper of Maharashtra Education Society’s
IMCC in MPM batch of 1997.

He has been associated with Indian Air Force for
20 years Due to his exceptional qualities as trainer
in preventive and social medicine, Indian Government
recommended Mr. Yadav as part of Indian Military Training
Team (Air Force Element) for two years in Royal Kingdom
of Bhutan. He taught MBA classes at Amity Business
School, Manesar. Since 1998 he has been a visiting
faculty at various management Institutes such as IMCC,
Pune, SIMIT, Gurgaon for GJUS&T, Hissar, MDU,
Rohtak and ASODL (Amity University) for MBA and BBA
students. He also has been the paper setter and evaluator
with Amity University for the last two years. Mr.
Yadav has been the co-author for two books on ‘Organizational
Change’ and ‘Strategic Management’.
Mr. Yadav has attended various phases of faculty development
programmes. He has also presented five research papers
in National Seminars/Corporate Meets and were later
published.
While teaching at ABS, Manesar Mr. Yadav has been
entrusted additional responsibilities of Faculty In-Charge
Corporate Resource Center, Faculty Development Programmes,
Library, Military Training Camps , Liaison and Annual
Academic Meetings. He has supervised about 120 students
for their projects. Apart from teaching, Mr. Yadav
enjoys interacting with people, reading and writing.
He enjoys doing research work and event management.
