Ms. Puja Sareen has done B.Com (H) from Hans Raj College, Delhi University in 1997. Thereafter, she completed Masters degree in Personnel Management from Bharti Vidyapeeth’s Institute of Management and Research, Pune University in 1999. She secured the top position in both B.Com (H) and MPM. She has also completed a P.G. Diploma in Human Resource Development from All India Management Association and a certificate course in Computer Applications from National Institute of Information Technology.

Ms. Sareen has about 5 years of experience in both teaching and corporate HR.

She has worked in Jagan Institute of Management Studies, Rohini as a Faculty Member and Program Co-ordinator. She has taken classes for Business Communication in Tilak College of Commerce, Mumbai University. She has also done various HR consulting assignments in the areas of Recruitment, and Assessment for companies like American Express, Vertex, HCL BPO, Global Vantage and Standard Chartered.

She has joined in AIT as Management Faculty and is taking classes in BBA and MBA program.

She has written various Book reviews and participated in Research Paper Contests.
