Ms. Manisha completed MBA with specialization in International Business in 2000 and earned Bachelor's Degree in Political Science (Hons.) from Delhi University. She has been a distinction holder in her post graduate degree and has earned " Academic Excellence" Awards during the period.

Ms. Anand possesses more than 5 years of teaching experience in taking MBA, BBA and B Tech classes. Prior to joining Ansal Institute, she was working as Senior Lecturer with Institute of Technology and Management (ITM) Gurgaon. She has also taught at Career Institute of Technology and Management (CITM), Faridabad.

Besides taking classes, Ms. Manisha has played a very active role in initiating, coordinating and executing several business proposals for the institutes she has worked for. She also designed and developed effective strategies to facilitate strong understanding between faculty and students.

Ms. Anand had been an active member of placement cell at CITM, Faridabad. She was also responsible for establishing, Training Development and Consultancy Cell here that encouraged successful liaison between Institute and Industry.

At Ansal Institute, she is taking management classes with BBA and BS (BA) programmes.
