Amit Nigam has completed his M.Tech degree in Engineering Material from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Bhopal and B.Tech degree in Electronics & Communication from IET Kanpur.

He has attended various phases of faculty development programmes as organized by Various organizations. Moreover, He has also completed short-term course in nano- science and Nano Technology at National Technical Teachers Training and Research Institute Chandigarh. He has also presented Seminar on smart materials.

Mr. Nigam has many years of teaching experience in professional institutes (Amity School of Engineering & Technology Bijwasan, MPEC Kanpur & KIT Kanpur) as Lecturer in Electronics and Electrical departments. Prior to joining Ansal Institute, he has worked as Lecturer in Electronics Dept. in Amity School of Engineering and Technology. He has supervised four projects. He had also made valuable contribution in different activities other than teaching, i.e., research, academic & administrative activities and he has also acted as Academic Co-ordinator.

At Ansal Institute, Mr. Amit Nigam is working as a Senior Lecturer and teaching subjects like Introduction to Electrical Engineering, Signals and Systems and various other subjects related to Electrical and Electronics. Apart from teaching, Mr. Nigam enjoys reading and writing articles. He likes to visit hill stations & historical places.
